Hi,
First of all I'd like to thank all of those who helped me to get the
DHCP-DNS ineraction to work.
The DNS is now updated when the DHCP server assigns an addres to a
client, but if I connect the same client to another subnet (I'm using a
bootp relay agent) it will get a new address but the DNS is not updated.
I get "add failed " in the print out. Does the update function only
check if the host name is already in the file without checking if the IP
address has changed?
Is there a file containing the dynamically updated IP addresses? If so,
where do I find it?
