Very true. Our focus should be to remain competitive while avoiding
trying to match the lowest price out there. In that light, keeping the
$10 figure is reasonable.
However, our situation would be significantly improved if OpenSRS could
find a way (and soon) to match DotRegistrar's terms of
100 domain pack : $ 9 each
300 domain pack : $ 8 each
Just that alone would create some interesting new options for all of
us. Beyond that, it's pinching pennies...

And my opinion as well. We're talking about a $10 commodity. For
OpenSRS to waste time on handling $10 returns is foolish. For us to
waste our time on such a thing is doubly foolish. Let's just continue
to tell our customers up front "No refunds." and focus on more
productive things.
