It is a blessing in that you do not have to deal with frustrated customers 
who have all sorts of problems with their orders.

If you have been unable to manage the customers expectations, it is 
possible they will go somewhere else.

- a stable environment
- responsive web servers
- processes that follow a predictable path
- processes that do not have options that do not make sense (unfortunately, 
we may have to live with at least one of these)

life. Because you provide lots of useful services to them.
