To confirm:

So, my client should choose "New Client", and enter the same
username/password as when they ordered the previous domain. They then
enter their old information in the following forms. When they have
submitted that order, OpenSRS will send an email asking whether to
create a new profile or pull the information from the previous domain
registration?

What is the decision to send them that email based on? The fact that
they are using the same username and password to register the domain?
