Hmm...
The idea I get from Ken is that the Profiles are never actually
created, for .CA registrations(yet). They are only flagged, so as
later they can create the profile.
And, as I understand it, the reason for this is because not only does
it pull information from a profile, but it pulls information from the
a previously ordered domain, and since they have trouble with the
CDNNET database, they're waiting until they have final specifications
on the CIRA database, so that proper information can be pulled from
it.
Of course, I might be way off the mark...
