Maybe someone should point out to them that the ISP is paying $10 for each
domain that is transferred, so presumably they are recouping that money from
the Registrant, hence the Registrant must be aware and in agreement with the
transfer? Unless ISPs are defrauding their customers by giving them an extra
year of registration for free?
