Hi all,

I'm with you on that one Charles ... to be honest taking NSI to a small
claims court from the UK is a little "difficult" to say the least. Not
impossible - but over $35 a bit cumbersome :).

There have been some very useful responses though ... and have helped me
decide how to approach the issue.

A chargeback is possible - and certainly one avenue to explore. Before
that though I've put together a stack of evidence and a very detailed
letter that I'll send to NSI. If that fails - then the appropriate
credit card authority gets involved.

I had a similar problem about a year ago with a registrar in the UK (who
shall remain nameless), they keep their costs "low" by having no contact
forms - AT ALL. It took a while to get through to them - but in the end
I received a refund.

I'm not out to annoy these companies or verbally abuse their employees -
but over the last couple of days I've got very close :) - but if I pay
for something I expect to receive it.

Anyway, thanks again!

Subject closed :)

Nige.
