The problem with that is the information would be avialable on the OpenSRS
site. OpenSRS's web site is too open to the public. In our opinion a lot
of the information that is currently open to the public should only be
available to RSPs that would require the RSP username and password to enter
that section of the web site.
We do not allow hosting clients to enter and read the sections we have for
our hosting resellers until they become a reseller, by meeting the reseller
qualifications.
We do not hide where we register our domains so any client could see that
refunds were available if OpenSRS offered them under any circumstances.
In fact I don't see how we could hide the fact that we use OpenSRS to
prevent clients from finding the information.
I am for mis-spellings only, with a corrected registration only, no refunds.
We currently provide that to our clients and pay the $10 ourselves. It
would nice to recover that cost or even a part of that cost.
Just my opinion.

You wouldn't be under any obligation (To the end user) to allow
cancellations, as long as your agreements specify that you have a no refund
policy, that should protect you from this hassle, should it not?
