Charles, perhaps you could explain the logic for the current and proposed
placement of the reseller information?

Currently the reseller information is munged among the domain contact
information. The new proposal simply moves the reseller information deeper
inside the contact information.

The reseller information should be at the TOP just below the Tucows info and
immediately above the registrant information:

Registrar
Reseller
Registrant
...

The change to "Registration Service Provider" is a good one, since this is
the legal entity by which resellers are called in our agreement with
Tucows/OpenSRS.

Fields:

Field 4 is listed as "URL required (one of 2, 3, or 4). This is a little
confusing. I assume the URL is required so that is neither field 2, or 3.

Also, I interpret fields #2 and #3 to state that one of the fields (#2 or
#3) must not be completed. They may not both be blank but they may both be
completed. Is this correct?

Subject: RSP information in whois

Well, it's a couple of weeks late, but here is a proposal for changes to
this mechanism. I'd love your feedback (on or off list).

RSP info in WHOIS Improvements
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
-       move RSP Whois output to be below Administrative contact, above Technical
and Billing
-       Change wording to say Registration Service Provider
-       Fields should be:
        1.      Company name (optional)
        2.      Admin email required OR
        3.      Phone number required OR
        4.      URL required (one of 2, 3, or 4)
                       Ensure URL has http:// at beginning, and no invalid characters
Let me know what you think :)
