I'm with Rich on this one. There is no consensus. :)

Since everybody wants it in a different place, how hard would it be
to give everybody what they want? If you're adding to the logic that
pulls RSP info from a table, why not also have a small table that
holds "whois elements order" ? You currently spit out "org admin tech
billing dns" with rsp display controlled by an additional boolean.
Number the NON-rsp elements 1 through 5, then give either the RSP the
ability to select which of the elements the RSP info should follow.

My personal favourite would be to have it after the name servers, like
a "footer" to the WHOIS. And I BEG you not to say "for technical
support ... please contact ...", or at least make the paragraph
optional, so that RSPs can select output that best represents the type
of business they're in. Some of us are selling registration along with
hosting, others push domain sales to anyone and everyone. I *do not*
provide technical support on all the domains I register ... I just
register 'em.

And if other registrars are silly enough not to use the admin contact
for transfer authorization, they're doing their customers a great
service by forcing them to stay with OpenSRS. ;)
