Well, I'm not sure there is any concensus. :) I believe everyone wants it in a different place. However, for the record, I believe the reseller information should be distinct from the domain/contact information. It should be placed either: (1) Immediately above the domain record, right after the registrar line (my preference) -or- (2) Immediately after the domain record, which would mean after the nameservers.
