That is, unless shown otherwise. Has anyone else here had a problem with eNom accepting a reseller's phone-call as verification for transfer? One of our clients had a tele-marketer call them to get them to switch, they confirmed by phone then called us to check on the validity of this. We told them "bad idea" -- they never got an e-mail from eNom, and it was the OpenSRS efforts that allowed us to NACK the transfer.
