That is, unless shown otherwise.

Has anyone else here had a problem with eNom accepting a reseller's
phone-call as verification for transfer?  One of our clients had a
tele-marketer call them to get them to switch, they confirmed by phone
then called us to check on the validity of this.  We told them "bad idea"
-- they never got an e-mail from eNom, and it was the OpenSRS efforts that
allowed us to NACK the transfer.

What I'm saying is that eNom initiated a transfer with the registry
without proper documentation (no fax from our client, no e-mail, no
'clicky-clickey' action... just a phone call that could have been from
anyone with a credit card).
