There's no harm in sending out a warning, and it will help prevent unintentional transfers to an unscrupulous registrar if the end user has a chance to NACK. More importantly though, it could allow the end user to ACK the request, and put through the transfer immediately, rather then waiting the registry 5 day timeout and default ACK process, right? -- The nice thing about standards, there is enough for everyone to have their own.
