No, because the domain's admin contact has to approve the confirmation from the gaining registrar before it gets to the OpenSRS confirmation stage... and the initial gaining registrar confirmation message is not approved by default. The second OpenSRS message is just a last chance, five-day period to change your mind about something you've already specifically confirmed elsewhere. (This assumes the gaining registrar is playing by the rules and getting affirmative confirmation before submitting the transfer, as they are required to do.) -- Robert L Mathews, Tiger Technologies
