If you used OpenSRS renewal management, A record of each Renewal Notice
is kept in Domain Notes. It shows when the reminder was sent and to
whom.

Since it is the Domain Owner's responsibility to keep Contact info up to
date (It's in the T&C), they can't complain about not receiving the
notice.
