Well, it's been my experience that you can limit your exposure but nothing can prevent a lawsuit. I suggest the following: 1. Make sure your Terms and Agreements stipulate that the domain owner is responsible for renewing their domain, regardless of whether they're notified, or not. 2. Include a maximum damages value in your Terms and Agreements. 3. If you think it's a high-risk or high-value domain name, mail (postal) a final notice certified/return-receipt well in advance of expiration (60 days.) Good luck... m2
