If I was in this position, I would be playing on it quite nicely.
Make sure you pay NSI with a credit card. Then, transfer to OpenSRS. The year gets refunded to NSI and removed from the domain. Now, call up your credit card company and tell them you never recieved the product that you were charged for by NSI. I've heard of stories of conversations with VISA/MC that go something like this: Customer: "there's a charge on my Visa that I didn't get the product for." Visa Agent: "what's the merchant name?" C: "Network S-" V: "-olutions?" C: "Yes." V: "I've reversed the charges. Is there anything else I can help you with today, sir?" C: "No, that's all. Thank you very much!" V: "Thank you for doing business with xxx bank Visa. Have a nice day!" It seems NSI is so well known for stuff like this that Visa agents know them by name. Scary, when you think about it. -kb -- Kris Benson ABC Communications +1 (250)612-5270 x204 +1 (888)235-1174 x204
