Okay, thanks. I understand now how it works, but why is the year removed 
when payment is made for another year? Is this simply another fubar 
process from NSI? Sounds like fraud to me. I think I will recommend to 
my customers who have had this happen that they simply call their credit 
card company and reverse the charges.
