I have a solution, why not do this...

Why don't the RSP stay the Admin Contact's EMAIL Address ONLY, but the
registrant stay the Admin contact(basically only the email is the RSP's),
then have a forwarder setup, where all email to that email is forwarded to
the admin contact. Such as if your domain is abc.com then setup a email
like this... Registrant username is abc, so something like [EMAIL PROTECTED] and
it fowards to their email address.

Then if they LOSE their email address it's forwarding too, you can kill the
forwarder, have it sent and you'll get it, thus not needing to
have them go through the MAJOR inconvienience of faxing!

Why don't we just do this?

I may start doing this, WITH THE CUSTOMERS CONSENT, kind of like just
providing them 1 email address, that they can use for
the purposes of that DOMAIN NAME ONLY, not as a everyday email, since that
would eat at your bandwidth.

Just a thought, I may intergrate that, unless ICANN has some say into it!

Thanks
Richard.
