A few things...

When tracking down these issues, we need to contact many people including
the previous registrant, current registrant, reseller, registrar, etc.
This is difficult to do over a weekend. There might need to be
investigation into the time of the change, and other activities. Even if
there was an "emergency" compliance/dispute person, it would take a day or
two (or more) to track down the problem and come to a resolution.

Also, while this may appear to be a "stolen" domain, from the information
I have it's been "stolen" for quite some time and we have nothing to show
that it wasn't an authorized registrant change by the previous owner (not
that I'm calling david a liar, far from it, but we only have so much to
work with).

This was not a transfer (RSP->RSP, or REG->REG) so we didn't "authorize"
it; this was a registrant change which (for all I know) was approved by
the old contact some time ago. Or this could have been a dispute which
was won by the current registrant (reseller may, or may not have been
involved in this process)

There's truly no such thing as reclaiming a domain "quickly"; even if we
did track down the current registrant and got some extra information, the
zone updates only happen so often so there'd be some lagtime until the
domain moved back.

Still, I'm trying to do somethings, but it *is* the weekend and there's
limited staff around to assist.
