Hi Charles,

Is it not possible to implement a "Emergency" oncall person in
compliance/dispute to quickly investigate these claims as they arise? What
is you woke up one morning, and OpenSRS.org had been stolen and was pointing
somewhere else? I know you wouldn't wait till Monday to fix it. ;) Just
another good example. As good as OpenSRS has been in my experiences so far,
I am sure you can kick someone in the you know where to get a faster
resolution made. Your future feature is a start, but although it would not
happen often, it would be nice to be able to reclaim a domain quickly as
many people such as us "Live" off of the internet. It is our income that
pays our employees checks ;)
A domain name is as big of an investment these days as buying a new car
($30 thousand buck a roos) even though the registration cost is not near
that ;) A domain name is "Your Company" these days.

Think God that this does not happen often. In this case, it appears even
more of an issue as it appears that OpenSRS has authorized this
(Un-confirmed) fraudulent transfer and that it is a repeated occurrence.
