You're forgetting the very important burden of proof lies on OpenSRS - if we move a "hijacked" domain back to the supposed original owner, and we're WRONG, we're liable. We don't have the luxury to shoot first and ask questions later.
BTW, back to the original domain name - BOTH registrants listed are named Jason Ingram; this probably leads to considerable confusion.
