As was already explained to you, working 24/7 on that would not work.

You can't take a quick look at issues like this and say "Yes, thats
a hijacking, let's immediately reverse it."

That's not the solution.  If OpenSRS was doing that, I'd move all my
domains and customers' domains away from them ASAP.  Thank goodness
they have much more sense than that and take the time to get the
facts.
