I don't understand this at all. My customers buy and sell domains 7x24, in transactions that often include people in different countries, all around the world. Transfers, ownership changes, domain record changes occur at all hours of the day and night, 7 days a week. If I were to require my customers to wait and only do business when Tucows staff is in the office, I'd lose 60% of my customers. What are "business hours" when you have clients in ever timezone on the planet? As for giving away domain registrations, that's great if that's what you do. I sell domains as a business, not hosting. I'm sensitive to price. Price is not everything - if it were, I would not be with OpenSRS - but it makes a difference. -t
