Hi,

What I meant is that for any support request to be valid, it has to be
entered from the RWI. Then follow-ups can be via email, and if they do not
contain the tick-number or other similiar "check-code", they are replied
with a standard "Go to the RWI form, your email did not contain any ticket
no. and as such has been ignored/placed in the low priority list which takes
XX days in average".

If it's to get faster service I couldn't care less how support is offered.
