Would it not be possible to write a script on your server to parse your
message and the script would log-into your reseller account and fill in the
blanks for you? (IE: You write a regular e-mail, then it goes to your server
(A specific account), the server takes that e-mail from that specific
account, parses it and then sends the appropriate info by logging into your
reseller account and fills in the blanks for you. I am sure that their is
someone who could easily do this and make the script public to SRS resellers
only. Just a thought ;) That way no-one will have your private mail box
address for this procedure and no one public will be able to send requests
to OpenSRS Support for reseller issues (Drastically speeding up our response
time on priority issues) and anyone with a PDA can still send messages (Must
be nice to sell enough domains to justify using a PDA for domain issues ;)
