I'm wondering why you send this to the email address given in the order instead of 
sending to the same email address you sent the confirmation inquiry. I think this 
should 
go to the same address because you are answering to an email from there.
The reason why I'm asking for this is because we added custom text in German which 
explains to the client that he's to expect a second confirmation, how to accept it 
etc. 
Because this message doesn't go to the same address as the confirmation request it 
happens quite often that it doesn't reach the same person who got the first one and 
thus 
there's no information about the second message they need to address.
I know that we should inform clients about this, anyway, and we do, however, this 
email 
is a pretty good "last resort" of alerting them. If it just would go to the current 
official admin email address and not the one we entered.
