Exactly. Why do you think people expect mail there? However, I'm not talking 
about the completion email, I talk about the email you send out after the 
transfer has been approved by the admin. This email which is supposedly 
targetted at the current admin contact shouldn't go to any "new" admin 
contact/email address but to the current admin contact. Not only as a 
confirmation but also as a means of being able to tell him a last time that 
there will come a second mail from (NSI|whoever) soon.
To put it easy: if you send transfer approval request to A at [EMAIL PROTECTED] you 
shouldn't send the confirmation to B at [EMAIL PROTECTED]
