that's what I mean :-) goes to the current admin contact (not the person listed in the > transfer order), as does verisign's confirmation/approval > > Once the order is completed, we send it to the email listed in the order > since we assume that's where people are expecting email > Exactly. Why do you think people expect mail there? However, I'm not talking about the completion email, I talk about the email you send out after the transfer has been approved by the admin. This email which is supposedly targetted at the current admin contact shouldn't go to any "new" admin contact/email address but to the current admin contact. Not only as a confirmation but also as a means of being able to tell him a last time that there will come a second mail from (NSI|whoever) soon. To put it easy: if you send transfer approval request to A at [EMAIL PROTECTED] you shouldn't send the confirmation to B at [EMAIL PROTECTED] Kai -- Kai Schtzl, Berlin, Germany Get your web at Conactive Internet Services: http://www.conactive.com IE-Center: http://ie5.de & http://msie.winware.org ClubWin - Help for Windows Users: http://www.clubwin.com
