I don't have a problem with this ;-) I'm just finding it illogical that you send the NEXT message (confirmation that the admin-c confirmed the transfer) to the FUTURE contact instead to the current contact. (I figured this confirmation is to say the admin-c that you got his confirmation and processing is continuing, not to "welcome" the customer.)
