As I said the problem here is, that the email addresses may be 
different and the recipient's as well. Many of our transfers have to 
be confirmed by the "wrong" person because of many reasons (old 
provider put himself there or another "middleman" etc. etc.). 
However, this "wrong" person doesn't get the second email.
