Strange profile error

When I look at the Waiting Request tab for a domain that has just been registered I see the following, anyone else seen this ?   Modify Contact Info  completed  Tue Apr 30 20:12:07 2002  200  xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx.co.uk Domain Modification Successful.  Registration  failed  Tue Apr 30 19:32:10 2002  200  xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx..co.uk Domain Registration Successful.
