That's what I figured. ;o)  We usually have to submit them multiple times.
Believe it or not, they usually get transferred. We have even had them
transferred on the last day of expiration before after several attempts.
It's as though their system just picks and chooses at will and doesn't
matter what domain name etc... or who owns it. Very strange how they work...
No real logic like Chuck's logic. HeHe!
