I've seen many irregularities in what will and won't pass myself. This leads me to believe that they don't actually have a bot doing this - more like they pay a good number of people to go through a checklist of things to look for when approving these transfers. Or, maybe it's just a really bad bot. Who Knows? Thanks for the feedback on that guys.
