paradigm Pronunciation Key (pr-dm, -dm)

A set or list of all the inflectional forms of a word or of one of its
grammatical categories: the paradigm of an irregular verb.

At one of my employers, we had a movie about this term. It simply means
that many people are not open to new ideas and think if the current way
works, leave it. Many people have done it the same way for so long, they
think any other way or options is "Out of the question" and don't want to
have a open mind and discuss the advantages and dis-advantages of what is
being discussed. The video was really neat and gave real life examples and
it has made me for one, change the way I look at things and try to be more
open instead of just "Shooting it down" right away....
