Now I need to go find a chalk board to try to flow line that
puppy and figure out what it means. "3.5 Rights in Data.
Registrar disclaims all rights to exclusive ownership or use
of the data elements..." I can figure out well enough, but
the rest of it reads like an Italian noodle convention!
