It is not just one person asking for changes in this area...

So when my customers are asking for something, and the resellers are
OpenSRS's customers, we should just ignore them?  That's how business
really work?

Maybe not so why not open it up for all then?

I would find some value in it that when *MY* customers ask for some
credentials I can point them at the referrals list and show my business
listed there.  THAT is where I see the real value...
