Chuck,
Speaking of the grace period, I think I need some clarification...
We all know about the 40 day thing. But the way you were talking awhile
back was that there's another period where only you (OpenSRS) can resurrect
a domain. It was short (maybe 5 days?) until recently (now 30 days). Is
this, in fact, after the 40 day period?
If so, what the heck happened here? Even if it was still during the old 5
day period (which would end today), how did the domain get released and
re-registered by another registrar on day 40?
This client is more heated about this than expected - I need to talk to
someone at OpenSRS about this today - not sure who but not someone who's
going to simply say we're SOL and leave it at that. I've got further proof
that this occurred, not just my word. Anyway, who should I be talking to?
