Okay, this domain was scooped up by someone else on day 42 or 43.

Verisign is introducing (this is ONLY for .com and .net) a "Restore"
capability, that will "hold" deleted domains for 30 days after the delete
command. There is a fee involved in "Restoring" a domain however, more
details to come as they are available. The "Restore" will not be available
before January 25th from the registry, in either case.
