The only e-mail that should be going to [EMAIL PROTECTED] is misdirected end-user (domain registrant) e-mail or spam. This e-mail then has to either be redirected to the appropriate reseller or replied to telling the end user to contact their reseller. [EMAIL PROTECTED] is *not* the reseller support e-mail address. I suspect the webform will automatically direct the end-user/domain registrant to contact their reseller for support; and hopefully provide instructions on what to do if the reseller is unresponsive. This change can only IMPROVE response time for reseller support inquiries.
