The reseller support address will remain as it is today for resellers. We encourage any reseller who is still using [EMAIL PROTECTED] to always use the private reseller support address as it will ensure the quickest response time. We receive many inquiries like "how do I format my hard drive" at [EMAIL PROTECTED] As a result, we are introducing a web form environment for "registrants" which will filter erroneous inquiries and ensure that relevant information to help solve the problem (like domain name) is provided.
