The reseller support address will remain as it is today for resellers. We
encourage any reseller who is still using [EMAIL PROTECTED] to always use
the private reseller support address as it will ensure the quickest response
time.  

 

We receive many inquiries like "how do I format my hard drive" at
[EMAIL PROTECTED]  As a result, we are introducing a web form environment
for "registrants" which will filter erroneous inquiries and ensure that
relevant information to help solve the problem (like domain name) is
provided.

 

The driving reason for this change is to improve the response times that we
provide to you, the reseller.
