One of the things you said seemed to indicate that you felt we should *just* be doing hi-fi prototyping. It seems I've misunderstood Also, you mentioned there are situations in which *not* using > (emphasis yours) hi-fi prototypes make sense. Again, if budget and > time were not an issue, which situations are you then referring to? Actually, I was talking about there being situations not using *lo-fi* prototypes makes sense. For example, the users of one system I've worked on aren't very Web savvy to begin with and are resistant to change on top of that. Presenting wireframe-looking prototypes of new functionality to this audience would just confuse them and give us bad data. So what I do is work with the client to make a higher fidelity prototype... matching fonts, graphics colors, etc. We get much better information from testing in that situation. - Fred ________________________________________________________________ *Come to IxDA Interaction08 | Savannah* February 8-10, 2008 in Savannah, GA, USA Register today: http://interaction08.ixda.org/ ________________________________________________________________ Welcome to the Interaction Design Association (IxDA)!
