That might be a reason, yes. I'd love to hear the answer from them directly, because wordings like that make me wonder how well they really know the area they're advising on. I've tried contacting the authors at Forrester, but the report doesn't mention their e-mail addresses, nor is any offered on their profile pages at Forrester.com.
