I think, as Tom pointed out,  unless you can compare based upon relative
size and #rooms *and* reserving the space for an entire week, its not
really a good comparison.

Also note at this last conference free wifi was thrown in, which as
somebody else pointed out is about a $25 difference. (For some value of
free)
