Drives need cooling too - more than CPUs, really. A processor can run happily at 60 C, but more than 40-45 for a drive is pushing it. You'll want some substantial heatsinking if there aren't any fans in the system. Fanless is nice, but why do you want a fanless server? You can't get rid of the drives (heck, I'm thinking of getting an i-RAM for my desktop, but that's no good for music), so there's still some noise, and cooling will be a nightmare.
