If you use the "disk" option, you should have no problem with errors
on your external hd; also, if you give it the directory on the hd it
will create a playlist; I don't know if it creates it when you give
the info or as it plays each track. The "disk" option doesn't mean it
has to e a whole hard drive; you give it the directory, and don't put
in backslashes for spaces either.
