I'm curious what constitutes "an entire team"? And what great
improvements have we heard about coming in Leopard?
I was very pleased of the mention of Universal Access by Steve at
WWDC. And sure enjoyed the voice demo. But I missed any real
announcement of improvements in VO, and no mention of the
magnification features being improved and the bugs squashed.
I am not saying there are no real improvements coming, just that I
missed hearing of them.

Apple was accused of making VoiceOver to prevent lawsuits and all
that jazz, and I heard it said that VO would never evolve or
progress. Thus, we now hear about the improvements coming in
Leopard and it is a fact that there is an entire team dedicated to
VO's development.
