As I had mentioned in a previous post, I talked with the Apple rep on 
the way out and he gave the positive spin that the VO product is strong 
enough to succeed despite this small setback. Sounds like Apple's 
committed for the long term and hopefully this will just be one of those 
things you'll look back on and laugh about someday. Hope there will be 
"dueling OSes redux" at CSUN 2009 with Pratik Patel pounding the VO keys.
