Pratik, I admire your grace and honesty. As somebody who makes a living going around demoing product, I doubt that I would of handled the situation any differently. I guess I didn't realize that there was a problem with the keyboard sticking when I posted my original query. I would suggest that at the very least you contact the folks who have posted the presentation and ask them to include an explanation about the keyboard problem.

It's probably true that it might've disuaded a few potential switchers but I'm confident that this will only be temporary. One set back won't be irreparable.
