I never said I wanted them but one of the reasons people want them to be 
accessible is because other people use them.  Also, as has been pointed out, 
advanced document development is beyond the capabilities of text edit and 
I'm not sure it would be accessible if it wasn't because a lot of advanced 
document processing is quite visual.  Before you say that Jaws can do all 
this stuff in word, think about the effort it takes to do this in JAWS and 
from what I understand, unless you are trained well or used to be sighted, 
that level of complexity is not totally achievable.
