Interestingly enough, webbing is also problematic but at least some what 
possible on the pdas.

Almost a brilliant idea. We could text and use a number of the iPhone
features this way but not surf the web. This is an obvious limitation.
Links show up in different places on the screen, you move up and down
on the page, Etc. But, for texting, email, making calls, Etc. this
isn't a bad idea if they put a screen reader on the device.
